HOW DO I PLACE A REPAIR ORDER?
To place a repair order, please contact us via email or phone and one of our friendly and knowledgeable customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
Turn around time for repairs is typically 5-7 business days from the time we receive your equipment.
You will not be charged for your repair until we have completed your order.
In the rare case that your product isn't repairable, you will only be responsible for shipping charges.
We back our repair work with a two year warranty.
After repairing your equipment, we perform a complete test to ensure that everything is operating correctly.
Aging, original parts which are known to be problematic are replaced for no extra charge.
Repaired telephone sets and consoles get new designation papers, new line cords, and new handset cords.
All repaired consoles are freshly painted.
All light/ash colored telephone sets are freshly painted.
