HOW DO I PLACE A REPAIR ORDER?

To place a repair order, please contact us via email or phone and one of our friendly and knowledgeable customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

  • Turn around time for repairs is typically 5-7 business days from the time we receive your equipment.
  • You will not be charged for your repair until we have completed your order.
  • In the rare case that your product isn't repairable, you will only be responsible for shipping charges.
  • We back our repair work with a two year warranty.
  • After repairing your equipment, we perform a complete test to ensure that everything is operating correctly.
  • Aging, original parts which are known to be problematic are replaced for no extra charge.
  • Repaired telephone sets and consoles get new designation papers, new line cords, and new handset cords.
  • All repaired consoles are freshly painted.
  • All light/ash colored telephone sets are freshly painted.
